How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

How does it work?

We conceived the idea for Reblok rugs when some of our early customers expressed a desire to create their own wall art by rearranging our mini textiles according to their preferences. This sparked the central concept that allows for diverse combinations of L- and square-shaped mini textiles. Depending on how you arrange each textile on the wall, the final artwork will take on a completely unique appearance!

You can purchase our wall rugs in the following ways:

  1. Place an order for a pre-designed bundle of separate textile pieces chosen by Annukka Mikkola. Alternatively,
  2. Place an order for a specific number of separate textile pieces in your preferred colour and shape. This option is tailored for those who wish to determine the precise style and combination to enhance their decor!

All our Reblok wall rugs are essentially mini textiles, each with the following dimensions: L-shaped pieces measure 30cm x 30cm, while square-shaped pieces measure 20cm x 20cm.

How do I hang my wall rugs, and eventually remove them?

  • We have attached Command’s damage-free adhesive strips at the back of the textiles so that they’re ready to be hung on the wall. Simply remove the liners, and press firmly 60 seconds on the top set and 60 seconds on the bottom set.
  • To remove the artwork, first, remove the textiles from the other part of the strips that are attached to the wall. Then very slowly pull the strips straight down alongside the wall (do not pull out towards you), and it comes off without damage to the paint. Watch this video for guidance.
  • However, please keep in mind that if the strips are removed incorrectly, there is a possibility of causing some damage.

Can you do custom wall rugs?

Absolutely. Please email us at contact@reblok.co.uk with your custom request. We'll set up a consultation call to go through the process details.

Please not that when factoring in the collaboration involved in planning and designing a custom order, along with manufacturing lead times, the process typically takes around 10-12 weeks to deliver your custom order.

If you'd like to have our existing designs (the L- and square shaped textiles) but in just a different colour, the lead times will be shorter around 5-6 weeks.

Can I see an example wall rug before purchasing?

If you are visiting London or are located locally, we may be able to arrange a meeting to showcase some of our wall rugs. Please email us at contact@reblok.co.uk to express your interest. Please note that we do not provide complimentary samples.

What pile height are your wall rugs?

The standard pile height for all of our wall rugs is 20mm.

What kind of care instructions do you recommend?

  • For general cleaning we recommend using a lint removal roller.
  • If there are depression marks on the surface, e.g. when attaching textiles to the wall with your fingers, you can press the roller a little harder against the surface which will make the depressions to smooth out. The lint removal roller can also be used to clean and straighten the edges of textiles.
  • You can also smooth out the edges of the piece with a few soft-pointed combs.
  • If the edge threads of the textile are alive or sticking out, they can be carefully smoothed with sharp scissors cutting. Individual lint threads should be cut with the tip of a pair of scissors.
  • If you want to air out textiles, it is possible to lightly tap two pieces together.

How to remove a stain from my wall rug?

  • As Reblok textiles are crafted from 100% New Zealand wool, they should be maintained and handled like any other wool product.
  • If a stain appears on the surface, do not wet the entire piece; instead, focus on the stained area. Apply gall soap to the stain and gently rub it with your fingers until the soap begins to foam slightly. Rinse with lukewarm water and assess the outcome. If needed, repeat the process and allow the soap to sit for a slightly longer duration if the stain persists.

How long is the order processing period?

Order processing times typically range from 1 to 2 business days after you've placed your order. While most packages are prepared within 24 hours, in cases of exceptional backlog, processing times may extend up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.

How long is the shipping period?

  • We utilize DPD for parcel delivery in the UK, and it should take approximately 2-3 business days for your parcel to be delivered after we have processed it.
  • By combining the processing time (1-2 business days) and the shipping time (2-3 business days), you can estimate the expected delivery time for your order.
  • After your order is shipped, you will promptly receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number from your courier.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

After an order is placed, we may pack and ship it within 24 hours, which means that processing address change requests may not always be feasible. If you happen to notice an error, please send us an email as soon as possible, including your name and order number. This will enable us to attempt corrections to your package before it is dispatched. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can make changes, particularly once the package has left our warehouse, but we will make every effort to assist you.

Do you ship to the Nordic countries?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively planning to do so in the near future. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to serving international customers soon.

What is your refund policy?

  • Our Return Policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. The item must be complete, unused, and in its original condition.
  • When returning an item, please ensure that you return the full set of your purchase, including all the pieces as originally acquired, within 14 days of the item's purchase. The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with the return, including packaging if the original packaging is lost, as well as the delivery shipping costs. It is advisable to retain the original packaging to facilitate the return process.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy guidelines. Once it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund for the item to your original method of payment. For security reasons, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order. After the item has been returned to us, please allow approximately 3-5 working days for the return to be processed, and for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
  • Please be aware that returns are not possible for Custom or Bespoke items, as these are specially commissioned items tailored to your specifications. To avoid any disappointment, kindly check the return policy for a specific item before placing your order.
